Candidates who could give you a good answer normally demonstrate pro active approaches in other areas (I love pro active people).įirst my fellow interviewers who ask this are increasingly looking to be praised. Originally I felt the question was a good indicator. I have been involved in candidate interviews for 7 years. So I would answer this question "I have seen your company is involved in X and I am really interested in X". ![]() When I was in university we were taught to google a company so we could summarise it and find something that interested us about the company. ![]()
